Support is provided to our clients on an as needed basis for our subscription clients. No need in purchasing a large block of hours when you only need occasional assistance.
For those that need standard hours, we do offer a a billable hours structure.

HOW IT STARTED
The Desktop DiVA and Designs by ElleD (pronounced LD) were founded in 2009 by LaDonna Hector.
Her visionary leadership established and cultivated a team of handpicked, passionate professionals who echo her dedication to excellence. LaDonna holds certifications in Wedding Planning from the Penn Foster, Wedding Etiquette from Emily Post, Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence from the American Society of Administrative Professionals and EA-Pro Certification from Lee Malveaux Executive Coaching. Her administrative career spans 30 years at varying support levels including C-Suite Executives.
